Account and Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at support@expertifynow.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include your account details and the reason for deletion in the email.
3. You can also delete your account directly from the profile page in the mobile app.

Types of Data Deleted:

• Personal information (name, email, etc.)
• Usage data and activity logs

Data Retention:

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for a specified period before it is permanently deleted.
